Important: This is a complete online agreement. No physical agreement, stamp paper, or hard copy submission is required unless specifically asked by the company.
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: এটি সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইন এগ্রিমেন্ট। কোম্পানি আলাদা করে না চাইলে কোনো ফিজিক্যাল এগ্রিমেন্ট, স্ট্যাম্প পেপার বা হার্ড কপি জমা দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন নেই।
1. Parties / পক্ষসমূহ
This Agreement is made between RMP MALLIKA ONLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and the registered user/partner working as Retailer, Distributor, Super Distributor, Agent or Service Partner.
এই এগ্রিমেন্টটি RMP MALLIKA ONLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD এবং রেজিস্টার্ড Retailer, Distributor, Super Distributor, Agent বা Service Partner-এর মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হচ্ছে।
2. Services Covered / পরিষেবার ধরন
- PAN Card Services through UTIITSL / NSDL including New PAN, Correction, Reprint, Tracking and Coupon related services.
- ITR Filing, GST Registration / Return, Passport Assistance and other online digital services.
- All services are processed through online portal / authorized service process only.
এই পরিষেবাগুলির মধ্যে PAN Card, UTI/NSDL, ITR Filing, GST, Passport Assistance এবং অন্যান্য অনলাইন ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
3. User Role / ব্যবহারকারীর ভূমিকা
- Retailer, Distributor and Super Distributor must submit correct customer details only.
- User must verify documents before submission.
- User is responsible for wrong, fake, incomplete or mismatched documents.
- User must not misuse portal, login ID, wallet, coupon or customer data.
Retailer / Distributor / Super Distributor-কে সঠিক তথ্য ও ডকুমেন্ট দিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে। ভুল, ভুয়া বা অসম্পূর্ণ ডকুমেন্টের দায় ব্যবহারকারীর।
4. Online Process Only / সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইন প্রক্রিয়া
All applications, payments, wallet transactions, document uploads, approvals, status updates and service communication will be done online through the website / portal / official support channel.
সমস্ত আবেদন, পেমেন্ট, ওয়ালেট ট্রানজেকশন, ডকুমেন্ট আপলোড, approval, status update এবং service communication শুধুমাত্র অনলাইন পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে হবে।
5. Payment, Wallet & Charges / পেমেন্ট ও চার্জ
- Service charges may vary depending on service type.
- Wallet balance will be used for service payment where applicable.
- Company may change coupon rate, service charge or commission anytime as per business requirement.
- Refund will be processed as per company refund policy.
সার্ভিস চার্জ, কুপন রেট এবং কমিশন কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
6. Compliance & Document Rules / নিয়ম ও ডকুমেন্ট কমপ্লায়েন্স
- User must follow Government, Income Tax Department, UTIITSL, NSDL and other applicable rules.
- No fake documents, forged signatures or incorrect KYC are allowed.
- Customer data must be kept confidential and secure.
- Any illegal activity may result in account suspension or termination.
সরকারি নিয়ম, Income Tax Department, UTIITSL, NSDL এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম অবশ্যই মানতে হবে।
7. Account Suspension / অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ বা সাসপেন্ড
Company reserves the right to suspend, block or terminate any account if fraud, misuse, wrong document submission, payment issue, suspicious activity or policy violation is found.
ভুয়া কাজ, ভুল ডকুমেন্ট, পেমেন্ট সমস্যা, সন্দেহজনক activity বা নিয়ম ভঙ্গ হলে কোম্পানি account suspend/block করতে পারে।
8. Limitation of Liability / দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
RMP MALLIKA ONLINE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD will not be responsible for rejection, delay, objection, server issue, government portal issue, wrong customer data or user-side mistake.
Application rejection, delay, objection, government portal issue, server issue অথবা user-side ভুলের জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।
9. Acceptance / সম্মতি
By using this portal, creating an account, adding money, purchasing coupons or submitting any service request, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted this online agreement.
এই পোর্টাল ব্যবহার, account create, wallet add money, coupon purchase বা কোনো service request submit করার মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারী এই অনলাইন এগ্রিমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
Declaration: This agreement is displayed online for portal users. No physical signature is mandatory unless required by company or authority.
ঘোষণা: এই এগ্রিমেন্টটি পোর্টালে অনলাইনে প্রদর্শিত হচ্ছে। কোম্পানি বা কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে তবেই physical signature প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
