Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Description
We assist applicants in submitting and processing PAN Card applications through the authorized government portal. Once the application is submitted, it is forwarded to NSDL/UTI or other authorized service providers for processing.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Submission to Government Portal: You may cancel your PAN card application and request a refund only if the application has not been submitted to the government agency (NSDL/UTI).
- After Submission to Government Portal: Once the application has been submitted to NSDL/UTI or any other official processing body, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment made by the user.
- Technical errors on our platform that prevented the application from being submitted.
- Non-fulfillment of service by Rmp Mallika Online Solutions Private Limited due to internal issues.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect details submitted by the user.
- Delays caused by government agencies or postal/courier services.
- Change of mind after submission of the application.
- New User Registartion Fee & One time Activation Fee is not Refunding.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at Support@onlinepanservice.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number/Email
- Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
